Dear Parents and Guardians,

It is a pleasure to introduce myself and an honor to become a part of this wonderful Nadaburg Community. My name is Dulce Padilla, and I bring 27 years of experience in education, serving in a variety of roles, including classroom teacher, Reading Interventionist, Instructional Coach, and Administrator. Each of these experiences has provided valuable opportunities to support students, collaborate with educators, and partner with families.

A strong belief that all students can learn and succeed has guided my work throughout my career. Every child brings unique strengths, talents, and experiences to school, and creating an environment where students feel valued, supported, challenged, and empowered to be a leader is a top priority.

Student success is most meaningful when schools and families work together as partners. Open communication, respect, trust, and collaboration play an important role in helping children grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Building positive relationships with families and maintaining strong partnerships throughout the school year are commitments I value deeply.

Joining this community is an exciting opportunity, and I look forward to getting to know each of you and your children. Together, we can create a successful and rewarding educational experience for every student.
